Ecotourism planning is the tool for development in direction of sustainability although it is practicing world widely even that developing countries have great potential of eco-tourism to expose and experience their untouched and unexposed area to the world and maintain the area’s biodiversity conservation and sustainability goals by providing the economic platform to their native community. Many factors may affect eco-tourism planning’s success and failure actively and passively. This paper study will be focused on the success and failure measures for the sustainability of tourism factors in Nepal and Bhutan.
