This problem is increasing day by day with the burgeoning of internet. Obfuscation and paraphrasing are increasing rapidly. This has led to a path where plagiarism detection tools play a major role in preventing this fraud. The project intends to overcome the shortcomings of existing plagiarism detection techniques by using semantic analysis instead of syntactic analysis.
