Taguchi technique has been employed to investigate the trials. Current, pulse on time, pulse off time have been chosen as input parameters to study the performances in terms of material removal rate and tool wear rate. Experiments are performed on a newly designed experimental setup developed in the laboratory. The results determine the most essential parameters to get maximum material removal rate and minimum tool wear rate. The confirmation experiments were done in order to justify the optimal process conditions.
